It always brings me joy and delight whenever I think about you and your dedication and commitment to football. The football culture in Korea in the 21st century will be built by all of you who have shown such constant attention to football in each of your respective fields.

My love and affection goes to all of you who love football. It is essential to create a social, cultural and economic conditions that can facilitate a deeper understanding, love and enjoyment of football if it is to develop.
The establishment of a genuine football culture is only possible when the environmental basis conducive to its establishment is made. When this happens, the value of this culture will shine out and further expand and develop within society.

To this end, I will devote all my efforts into creating a football culture in Korea so that Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma Football Club can go beyond Asia to create a global football culture.
